When does HOW you call 9-1-1 precede WHY you call? A day in the life of multiple award-winning cop, Sgt. Robert McFarland of Lincoln Park Police Dept. (LPPD). My guess is he was salty about being assigned dispatch for the day.

Like a doctor pouting for having to be surgical clean-up man after an operation... no glory in the job, but that is still no excuse to neglect a life in danger.
