Banksy in Mali?

WHY?: The prolific (some say "former") street artist [Banksy] is always popping up with his work in random places on Earth. I must say, ever since those rumors came out about him having others do his actual creations with him merely creatively "facilitating" them, I haven't been as interested in following the bleeding edge of his work (why not facilitate a collective rather than continue to take individual credit for collective efforts). That said, him "facilitating" or creating street art in Mali gets my attention. I'm wondering: What's his plan? Is he working with Malian street artists? Is he colonizing Mali's streets?
